Road work is happening in the Daybreak neighborhood. It is expected to continue after the first day of school. Road closures will affect how students get to and from Daybreak. Here's what you need to know.

• Bus riders: Some buses will not be able to pick up and drop off students at the usual location. Please log into Skyward to see the location of your child's stop during the construction. The stop may change again once the road work is completed.

  • Buses may be delayed.

  • You can download the FirstView app to see where your child’s bus is, get alerts when the bus is nearby and find out about delays. The FirstView app is available for Android and Apple devices. The five-digit code is C6T2F.

• Parent/guardian dropoff and pickup: Please see this map for details on driving to and from school, and allow extra time for delays. Enter and exit our campus at Daybreak Primary's parking lot via NW 20th Avenue. Pickup and dropoff for both primary and middle school students will be in the Daybreak Primary parking lot. The middle school parking lot will be for buses only.

• Students who walk or ride bikes to school: At this point, the sidewalks along NW 20th should remain open. Please talk with your child about being aware of their surroundings as they travel to and from school.
